The Assessment Admin panel contains critical information for your assessments to run properly. These are system-wide settings. They can not be modified for each assessment. To see assessment settings click here.

  1. Timelines: These settings control the timelines for rater selection, rater approval, feeback collection, and email reminders.
  2. Minimum Participation: You may desire to have a minimum participation requirement for you assessments. This selection gives you an opportunity to create a minimum participation threshold.
  3. Date Format: Dates are written differently for different parts of the world. Select your desired date format.
  4. Additional Options: Here you will find additional settings such as auto populating participants from the employee directory.

Timelines

The values control the timeline for assessments. When participants are added the intervals below are used to control the due dates for the assessment process. The values below are used as business days and weekends are skipped when setting the participant timeline.

Days for Rater Selection: The number of business days you want to provide for Rater Selection

Days for Rater Approval: The number of business days you want to allow for Rater Approval. Note: Rater Approval is a use it or lose it process. If raters have not been approved during the allotted time, the system will assume the raters are approved and move to the next phase.

Days for Feedback Collection: The number of business days you want to allow for completing the assessment.

Days Between Reminder Emails: Control the number of days between reminder emails. The default setting is a reminder email every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Minimum Participation

You can create a minimum participation standard for all your assessments. The assessment will remain open-overdue until the minimum rate has been met.

Participants will automatically advance from feedback collection to reporting if all crucial raters have responded AND the overall participation rate set below is met. Otherwise the participant will remain in feedback collection and raters will receive overdue notification emails. The participant can be manually advanced to the reporting stage.
