Automatic Email to Invite a Participant to Select their Raters

After participants have been selected to receive a 360-degree feedback assessment, they will receive an email inviting them to select their raters (evaluators).

DecisionWise recommends that participants take an active role in selecting their raters, as it promotes investment in the process. Where organizations need additional controls, we recommend using the rater approval process.

The invitation email is scheduled to send at 6:00 am ET the day after the participant has been set-up in the system. Currently, the invitation email is not customizable and information about the raters is pulled directly from the platform’s settings.

 

Sending Emails Immediately

If a participant does not receive the first invitation email, or if you need to send the email sooner than the automatic time setting, you can manually send the invitation email.

Select the “Participants” section in the gray navigation bar on the left and then choose the “Rater Selection” tab at the top. Find your desired participant and click/hover o the three (3) vertical dots on the right side of the participant’s data row. Choose “Send Reminder” and the email will be sent immediately.

Lost Links for the Rater Selection Process

Sometimes, participants misplace or delete their rater selection link. This unique link can be found in the “Participant Details” pane. 

Navigate to the “Participant” link in the gray left-hand  navigation section and then choose the “Rater Selection” tab on the top. Find your participant and click/hover on the thee (3) vertical dots on the right side of the participant’s information. Choose “Details” and a pane will appear on the right side of your screen. Scroll to the middle of this pane to find the link.  Copy the link and send it to the participant using email, Slack, Teams, or other communication channels.
