Feedback Collection Tab

The “Feedback Collection” tab on the top of  the “Participants” section in the gray left-hand navigation area displays a table of all participants who are in the Feedback Collection process. In addition to the displayed table, you have several options from this page: 

  1. View a detailed participation report.
  2. Send reminder emails to raters who have not completed their assigned assessments.
  3. Assist with lost links. 
  4. Remove a participant from the process.
  5. Move a participant to the next phase in the process. 

Detailed Participation Report (Shows Progress Among the Various Raters)

To view a detailed participation report for a participant in the feedback collection process, find the desired participant and click the three (3) vertical dots in the data row. Select “View Detailed Participation.” 

A pane will open listing all of the raters their groups, crucial rater status, and whether or not they have completed the assessment. From this pane you can send reminder emails.

Note: Non detailed participation reports can be created to share with key stakeholders. Please review “Participation Reports” for more information.  

Send Reminder Emails to Raters to Complete Their Assessments

The DecisionWise 360 Platform automatically sends raters who have not completed their assessments reminder emails based on the email schedule you have established. However, there may be a need to send reminder emails outside of this schedule. To send a reminder email, find the rater, click “Send Reminder” link on the right side of the rater list. A reminder email, like the one shown here, will send to the rater. This email can not be customized.

You can also select “Remind Crucial Raters” to send a reminder email to Crucial Raters who have not completed the assessment. Or you can select “Remind All Raters” to send a reminder email to all raters who have not completed the assessment.  These buttons are in gray and are shown below the table of raters displayed in the participation report.  

When a Rater Loses an Assessment Link

When a rater is requesting a new link to complete an assessment, you have 2 options:

  1. Find their name on the raters table and click the “Send Reminder” link at the left of the data row. The rater will receive an email with a link to complete the assessment. 
  2. Click on the “Raters” section in the left-side gray navigation area. Find the desired rater and select “Details.” In the “Details” pane that will pop up, you will find the link to their individual assessment panel where they can see all of they assessments where they have been invited to provide feedback. 

Remove a Participant

There may be a time when you need to delete a participant from active administration. To delete a participant, click the three (3) vertical dots on the left of the data row and select “Delete.” Verify the deletion to completely remove the participant from active administration. 

Note: The account is charged for a 360-assessment upon initiation of the feedback collection process; you may delete a participant without charge up until the feedback collection process has been initiated.  

Move a Participant to the Next Phase in the Process

There are times when a participant completes their tasks before the scheduled time periods have closed. Should you want or need to move a participant to the next phase, you can click the three (3) vertical dots and select “Move to the Next Phase” or you can move participants in bulk by selecting a group of participants by using the check boxes on the left side of the table.  

Note: Only participants who have met the minimum rater selection requirements can be moved to the next phase.

Bulk Update Option

To move a group to the next phase, select all the participants you desire to tag and click the “Move to Next Phase” button in the black box. A verification panel will appear confirming you want to move your group. Select “Yes” to move the group to the next phase. If you have enabled rater selection for the participant, they will move to rater selection process, if not, they will move to the feedback collection phase.
