Overview Section (Typical Starting Point for Easy Navigation)

The “Participant Overview” page is shown after selecting “Overview” in the gray left-hand navigation section of the platform. This page provides HR and other talent leaders with a real-time snapshot of their 360-degree feedback program. There are four sections displayed on this page:

  1. Participant Overview
  2. Recent Reports
  3. Alerts
  4. Undelivered Emails

Participant Overview Section

The four tiles in the “Participant Overview” display how many participants are currently in the various phases of 360-degree feedback administration. 

Explanatory Note: A “participant” is the person who will receive feedback during the 360-degree feedback process (sometimes called the focal person or the subject). A “rater” is a person who is invited to provide feedback to a participant. 

The four phases of administration are:

  1. Rater Selection
  2. Rater Approval
  3. Feedback Collection
  4. Reporting

You may click on any of the tiles to be directed to separate pages for each tile’s subject. 

Recent Reports Section

In this section you will find participants with individual feedback reports that are ready for them to view and/or are awaiting coaching. Click the three (3) vertical buttons to view the online version of the individual feedback report or to download the participant’s report as an interactive PDF.

You may also mark the participant as having completed the process. It is recommended that once a participant receives their report and/or coaching, they are marked as complete. This will remove them from the active administration phase in the system and move them into the “Past Participants” repository for archival. 

Alerts Section

This section shows participants or raters who are overdue in completing their required tasks. Click the three (3) vertical dots to send that person an additional email reminder (automatic reminders are sent according to a pre-configured schedule), or you can snooze the alert for 24 hours. The alert will reappear until the person completes their overdue tasks. 

Undeliverable Emails Section

This panel shows any bounced or undeliverable emails. To modify a bounced email, go the participant’s or rater’s “Details” pop-up pane and edit the email address.
