Raters who have been asked to participate in a 360 assessment will receive access to an individualized portal (Rater Assessment Portal). This portal contains a list of all assessments awaiting the rater’s completion, along with a list of previously completed assessments. This portal page will translate into any of the available languages
Incomplete Assessments: Those assessments that are assigned to a rater and have not yet been completed will display at the top of the the portal screen. As deadlines approach, a warning notification will appear.
Completed Assessments: All assessments that have been completed but the assessment has been marked open or the administration period is still open will continue to show in the rater’s portal. During open periods, raters are able to return to completed assessments for review or to update their survey responses. When the assessment administration time period has expired or the assessment has been marked as closed by an HR admin, those assessments will no longer be available for editing.
