Creating an Initiation Portal

An Initiation Portal can be provided to any manager or HRBP to initiate 360 degree feedback assessments. 

To create an initiation portal click on the “add initiation portal” button and a details panel will appear. 

  1. Add a name to the Portal
  2. Select if you require approval for each initiation. This is helpful if you want to provide managers the ability to initiate assessments, but you want additional oversight. 
  3. Check if you want to limit the number of assessments per portal. This is important when you have purchased a fixed number of assessments and you want to allocate those assessments to specific groups.
  4. Select the assessments you want to make available to the portal. 

After the portal has been created, it will display on the list of initiation portals (you can have multiple.) From this list you have several options:

  1. See the remaining assessments from the allocation
  2. View the assigned assessments
  3. Click the “View Portal” to view the portal structure
  4. Copy the link. This link is what you would share with managers or HRBP’s.

By clicking the three vertical dots to the right of the report information you have 3 additional options:

  1. Edit-Here you can edit your selected criteria for the portal.
  2. Reset the link- use this function to reset a link if a user changes or you need to change the expiration date
  3. Delete a report.

Participation Report View

The Initiation Portal is a simple way for managers and HRBP’s to administer an assessment. Simply complete the fields and click save to initiate. 

The portal will translate into your selected languges

Your company logo will show in the top right where the DecisionWise logo is showing.
