The Behavior Frequency Distribution charts shows the frequency of each response and the quantity associated with each scale item. Custom scales will display the scale item name.
Behaviors are the based on the competencies. Derailers are optional and reflect questions that could derail a leader. A lower score is better on Derailers.
The Competency Summary shows each competency on the assessment and the aggregate score of those competencies based on selected criteria.
The Derailer summary shows each derailer with the aggregate score based on the selected criteria.
The Competency Score Distribution chart shows each participant based on the selected criteria and their individual range of scores. The graph shows the highest and lowest score with the Overall score along the spectrum. Showing where the overall score falls allows you to see if the lowest or highest scores were normal or abnormal.
The Derailer Score Distribution works the same way.
To hide names, return to the group report settings and check the box to “Hide Participant Names”
The Gap Analysis report shows the difference between the participant’s self score and the aggregate scores of all other raters. The gap may help identify self-awareness levels.
The Behavior Ranking module shows each participant and their aggregate score for each competency.
The Derailer Ranking module show each participant and their aggregate score for each derailer.

The Item Ranking Module shows each item on the assessment and ranks them highest to lowest.
The Behavior Details module shows each competency and behavior item broken out by each rater group. This report is similar to the individual report, except the responses are an aggregate of all selected participants.
