Participants, raters, and users can toggle between languages with the language drop-down toggle that is available on on all relevant screens within the platform. From this page, you have full control over translations of your assessments and reports. Some translation configurations and processes require extra help from DecisionWise; your DecisionWise project manager can assist you in getting your account set up with your required languages.
From this screen, you can assign languages per assessment. Even though your organization may be set up for multiple languages, this page allows you to control which languages are available for participants and raters, alike.
Please Note: It is possible for someone to complete an assessment in one language and view the report in another language. Open-ended comments will show in the language they were entered into the system by the raters. Contact your DecisionWise project manager if you need help translating and replacing open-ended comments.
System Interface translations: You can manage much of the translation process for assessments and reports as described below. We also offer language support for our entire software system. For global organizations who need our entire platform translated into another language, contact your DecisionWise project manager. Currently, translated languages for the software platform are:
English*
Spanish (Latin and EU)
Portuguese
French (EU and Canadian)
Italian
German
Danish
Mandarin Chinese
Arabic
*You may set a default language other than English with help from your DecisionWise project manager.
Uploading Translations for Assessments and Reports (bulk upload)
While you can make translations directly in the input fields shown under the “Languages” tab (under the “Assessments” section in the gray navigation bar), we recommend you download a translation template, complete the translations, then upload the template with your completed translations. Click here to download the translation template.
Managing Translations for Assessments and Reports
