Assessment Library

The “Assessment Library” section contains those 360-degree feedback assessments that are available to your organization. The library may include DecisionWise certified assessments or custom assessments specific to your organization. 

From the library, you can see how many behavioral statements (i.e., survey questions) that are in the assessment and how many participants have begun the assessment. Additionally, you have several options by clicking the 3 vertical dots to the right of the assessments that are listed in the table:

  1. Preview the assessment
  2. Delete (remove) an assessment
  3. Edit an assessment (this requires a premium feature – survey builder)
  4. Duplicate an assessment (with the survey builder premium feature, you can streamline building your assessments by duplicating existing assessments)

Assessment Settings

Click on the title of any assessment in the table to access the setup functionality for that particular assessment. 

DecisionWise Assessments (standard templates provided by DecisionWise)

Standard DecisionWise assessments will automatically be loaded into your account. You may delete the assessments you do not want, or keep them for future reference. The standard DecisionWise assessments include:

  1. Business Leader: For any business leader with direct reports.
  2. Executive Leader: For any executive leader where vision and strategy are critical functions.
  3. Individual Contributor: For any individual leadership development.

DecisionWise has developed other assessments that are not included in our standard accounts. Ask your project manager about any of these assessments:

Leadership Intelligence Certified Assessments

DecisionWise Leadership Intelligence Certified Assessments are assessments that DecisionWise has built based on decades of research and which have vast normative data available for benchmarking purposes. Look for the Leadership Intelligence seal to ensure you are using a DecisionWise validated assessment.
