Completing an Assessment

Invitation Email

A rater (and the participant when providing their own scores) will receive an invitation email to complete their assigned assessments. A person giving feedback can access their assessments by clicking the “Take Assessment” button located in the email. 

Providing Assessment Responses

To complete an assessment, raters simply click their response for each item. Response selections will save upon each click. Raters can change their responses by choosing a different answer for the item.

An assessment can be translated into any available language. To change languages, the user simply clicks the language drop down menu in the top right-hand corner of the page and then changes the default language to the desired language. 

The blue bar at the bottom of the screen is there to remind the user who the assessment is for and in which capacity they are providing feedback. This is helpful if a rater is answering as a supervisor on one assessment and as a peer or direct report on another.

 

Assessment Completion

To complete an assessment, the user simply responds to each item, and then selects “next” to move from one page to the other.  The user should click “submit” to complete the assessment. 

If there are unanswered questions, a user will receive a pop-up notification that they still have unanswered items. The user can complete the unanswered items in the  pop-up panel, or they can return to the entire assessment to complete their scores. The user can choose to leave items incomplete by selecting the “Submit Anyway” button.
