Participant Overview

Overview

The participant overview gives you quick visibility into where participants are along the 360-degree feedback timeline.

There are 4 stages of the timeline:

  1. Rater Selection: Participants who have been asked to select their own raters. Participants whose raters were selected for them will not show in this count
  2. Rater Approval: Participants awaiting approval of their selected raters.
  3. Feedback Collection: Participants currently receiving feedback
  4. Reporting: Participants who have completed the assessment and are awaiting report delivery. DecisionWise recommends participants receive their report 24-48 prior to the debrief/coaching session.

Alerts and Undelivered Emails

The platform will update you with all participants who have missed a deadline. You can send reminders to participants by clicking the 3 vertical dots and selecting “send reminder.” The alert will complete after you have sent the reminder. 

If you want to snooze the alert for 24 hours, select “snooze.” This is beneficial if you are able to communicate with the person without sending an email reminder.

New alerts will appear daily.

The system will show you any email (sent to a participant or rater) that was unable to be delivered. The system is only able to track emails that bounce or pass at the client server level. Emails that are moved to a SPAM or internal undeliverable folder are not represented in this notice, nor are we able to track that information. 

Recent Reports

This section shows the participants who have completed the assessment and are awaiting report delivery.

By clicking the 3 vertical dots you can view the participants report or mark the participant as completed

View Report: Is an online visual of the participant’s 360 report. See understanding the DecisionWise report for additional guidance. You can download the report by clicking the “download” button.

Mark as complete: After the participant has received the report and participated in a debrief/coaching session, mark them as complete. The participant will move from being a current participant to a past participant.
